- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to select countries worldwide, including Canada, Europe, Australia, and more.
- Delivery times vary by destination, but most international orders arrive within 10–21 business days.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier options.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s customs office.
- These costs are not included in your order total at checkout.
- Barsnake is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
- Some international shipments may have limited tracking once they leave the U.S.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Barsnake is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
